Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged to participate, but you may use the platform to submit a complaint about a transaction made with us once the product is shipping.
Cosmetics regulatory status
The Layover day-pack will be registered through the EU CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) before any product ships. Until then, no product is available for sale.
