Privacy note.

Layover is at pre-launch stage. The only personal data we intend to collect is the email address you submit on the waitlist form. We do not currently run analytics or set identifying cookies on this page; if we add privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics later, we'll update this note first.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address, the date you signed up, and which of the three signup forms you used. That's it. No name, no card, no postal address.

We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Why we collect it

To email you twice. Once when the kit ships. Once if anything material changes (date slip, format change, founder note). That's the entire scope.

Where it lives

We're honest about our stage: the waitlist form is not yet connected to a live storage backend, so at this moment email addresses are not persisted on any server. Before we begin collecting and retaining sign-ups for real, we will wire the form to EU-region infrastructure and update this note to name the specific processors (and the safeguards) in use. If you've submitted your email during this pre-launch window and want to be certain it's held, or removed, email us at hello@layoverskincare.eu.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@layoverskincare.eu. We respond within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold on you.

Changes to this note

We will update this page if anything material changes about how we handle your data, and email everyone on the waitlist at the same time. Last updated: 9 July 2026.
