Privacy note.
Layover is at pre-launch stage. The only personal data we intend to collect is the email address you submit on the waitlist form. We do not currently run analytics or set identifying cookies on this page; if we add privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics later, we'll update this note first.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, the date you signed up, and which of the three signup forms you used. That's it. No name, no card, no postal address.
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Why we collect it
To send you occasional emails about Layover Skincare: when the kit ships, if anything material changes (date slip, format change, founder note), and from time to time when there is genuinely something worth saying. Never a daily habit, and never a shared or sold list.
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time — every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us directly.
Where it lives
The waitlist is handled by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania), acting as our data processor. When you submit the form, your email address is sent to MailerLite, who store it and send our emails on our behalf. MailerLite is established in the EU, so your data stays within the EEA.
When you submit the form your address is added to the waitlist straight away, and MailerLite records the date and the page you signed up from. If an address was added by mistake, or is not yours, one click on the unsubscribe link in any email removes it — or email us and we will delete it.
We keep waitlist sign-ups until you ask us to remove you, or until the list is no longer in use. If we ever move the list to a different provider, we will name it here and tell everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
Your rights under the GDPR
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@layoverskincare.eu. We respond within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold on you.
Changes to this note
We will update this page if anything material changes about how we handle your data, and email everyone on the waitlist at the same time. Last updated: 18 August 2026.
